BYSL offers mentors an open and diverse platform on which they can participate in and guide startups. Also, BYSL does not lay any restrictions on extent of relationship with the participating venture. You are also welcome to invest in the ventures that you guide and can also continue your association with the mentee company even after the stipulated programme time.

BYSL mentors shall be allowed to purchase stock in the company they mentor if he/she has demonstrated value-addition to the start-up for a period of at least 6 months.

Your Commitments

• Respect and maintain confidential regarding all proprietary information shared by the BYSL Fellow.
• Leverage your network to support the start-up.
• Offer timely response to queries and requests from BYSL and its Fellows.
• Conduct at least 3 one-on-one sessions with one entrepreneur during the term of the programme.
• Deliver at least one lecture as a Guest Speaker or participate in the Breakfast Table Series during any of the 24 weekly workshops.
• Contribute one unique article or video on a relevant topic to BYSL.
