Engagement Model

BYSL provides entrepreneurs with various engagement models to choose from. What is common across all models, however, is the spirit of entrepreneurship - the principle that entrepreneurs can best understand another entrepreneur. So while you can choose from either a one-time model or a retainer model, it is our endeavor to provide service quality and prices at levels which startups can appreciate. If the Soft Hub services are priced at a premium to what entrepreneurs can solicit outside, it defeats the purpose.

At Soft Hub, there is no middleman and you will be dealing with your client / service provider directly. You are, however, expected to adhere to a strict code of conduct in all your interactions.

• Proposal-Based Model

Under this model, you agree to work on a specific one-time assignment with an entrepreneur. The fee is set by you - the Soft Hub provider. BYSL does not charge membership or service fees from you. In certain cases, the payment may also be made by BYSL on behalf of the entrepreneurs receiving the service.

• Retainer Model

Under this model, you will be put on a monthly retainer by BYSL and work in accordance with a mutually-agreed scope of work with the 50 entrepreneurs. Assignments beyond the scope of the retainer are to be presented as separate proposals directly to entrepreneurs. All proposals, must however, be approved by BYSL before commencement.

• Free Engagement Model

Under this model, you agree to provide a certain advice, service, or product for free to the entrepreneurs. All services beyond the free limit are to be offered under separate engagement proposals.
