As in painting, at first impression, an idea may not seem to have coherent linkages and, hence look disjoint. We′re artists who know when and where to add those finishing strokes to add purpose, vision, and direction to paint a whole new tomorrow - together.

Our founders, Pranav & Ishani have both excelled in entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial corporate roles. They realized that corporations and management practices were insufficient to nurture creative innovation, entrepreneurship, and value-based leadership. Rather than just accepting the situation for what it was, Pranav and Ishani decided to do something about it and started working with innovative programs. Thus began Arctic Holdings.
Arctic Holdings was started in 2008 as a carbon management company working on climate change mitigation projects - an area that both founders were passionate about and experienced in. While working on climate change and clean energy projects, they decided to invest in an entrepreneurial program called the Brightest Young Climate leaders and since then have been working with high energy entrepreneurs not just in the clean energy space but in other areas of social and sustainable businesses as well.
